FREE Delivery

Products purchased on qualify for FREE delivery, the conditions and restrictions are listed below:

  • FREE delivery is available on items that are under 25Kg in weight, heavier items will incur an additional delivery cost.
  • FREE delivery DOES NOT apply to oversized items, i.e. Exhausts, Bumpers, Panels, Radiators, headlamps, Batteries etc.
  • Majority of the FREE deliveries are received within 4 working days by our customers, please allow up to 7 days before chasing your delivery.
  • Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day, hence adding another day to delivery lead times.
  • When calculating FREE delivery lead times, only consider the working days (Mon-Fri), hence an order placed after 2pm on Thursday should be delivered on or before the following Wednesday.
  • Deliveries aren't processed on Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • FREE delivery service EXCLUDES Northern Island, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands, Shetland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Europe and Rest of the World.


Express Delivery

Our merchant sellers on occasion offer express delivery, this generally means delivery with 2 working days, with delivery cut-off time at 2pm. This is not available on all items but where listed, it can be opted as a paid service. It is strongly advised that you contact the Supplier before you opt for the express delivery option. 

On occasion where you have opted for express delivery and it is not possible for the Supplier to fulfil the delivery, the supplier will contact you and make you aware as soon as it becomes apparent to them. You obviously will have the right to cancel the order, using the 'Request Return' option in 'My Account' section or continue with the order as a free delivery, the additional delivery cost on these occasions will be refunded.

Express delivery may not be available in some remote location as listed above, in any case you should check with the supplier availability of express delivery in your area before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased on Compare Parts™ Limited's website comply to Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. We have ensured that all the Merchant Sellers adhere to the afore mentioned regulation. Each Merchant supplier, as an independent business have their Terms & Conditions, and it is advisable that you contact the Merchant Seller for clarification. For more clarification on Returns & exchanges please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

The following are aspects of Returns that are common with all our affiliated merchant suppliers:

  •  Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends seven days from the day after you receive your goods.
  • You the customer are responsible for the safe return and the cost of postage & packaging for all 'non-faulty' and 'as described' products.
  • Where the products is either 'faulty' or 'not as described', the supplier will bear the cost of return postage & packaging, the supplier has the right to verify your claim before making any re-imbursements or replacements.
  • For non-faulty & 'as described' items being returned, it is essential that the packaging is intact, inner packaging seals and/or covering have not been tampered and the product has not been tested on a vehicle.
  • In cases where the product has been ordered in error by you as the customer and you have delayed the return outside the statutory period, the supplier as a goodwill can agree a return, but may charge a re-stocking fee, these fees vary.
  • Where the situation warrants the customer and the supplier can mutually agree an exchange of a product
